Adnan Sami Khan and Zeba Bakhtiyaar’s couple is probably one of those who could not be forgotten even after a long period of their divorced lives. They also have a son named Azaan Khan who recently also appeared on Masala TV on a very famous show.

Azaan’s is in Zeba Bakhtiyaar’s custody and is very happy with his mother but the couple had filed a case against each other to decide the basis on which Adnan can meet his son. The case has been resolved as they have reached an agreement where the High Court decided that Adnan Sami can meet his son with a 15 – day notice period.

Adnan Sami Khan is now based in India where he remarried whereas Zeba Bakhtiyaar continues to serve in Pakistan’s media and is living here with her son.

Amitabh Bachchan’s recent comments about an upcoming metro railway near his house have caused quite a stir, but now the question is; has the media blown the story out of proportions?

When Big B found out about plans to construct an elevated metro railway near his house in Juhu, Mumbai, the B-town superstar took to his blog to share his thoughts on the project with fans and here is what he had to say:

“There is general happiness from the commuters, for, the misery of crowded locals and the uncertainties of the three wheeler or the yellow black cab shall hopefully be greatly reduced. But here is the killer ..its going to roll over Prateeksha [the actor's house]!! Yesterday the authorities came over to check externally the structural condition of all houses that would get affected by the rail car moving in its proximity and they came into Prateeksha. So bye bye privacy and hello fellow traveller.”

Some people seem to have taken this seemingly reasonable comment the wrong way and have started criticizing the actor, suggesting Big B is nothing but a spoilt celebrity who only cares about his own privacy and not about the people who could actually benefit from a developed railway. One follower on Twitter even told Bachchan senior: “I have a solution for you sir throw away your cars and try to travel in local trains.”

But is Big B’s statement really that controversial? Or has it simply been blown out of proportions by the media eager to report on a potentially juicy story? Mr. Bachchan sent out a statement to clarify what he meant and insisted it was not a celebrity rant over his own privacy:

“Mumbai as a city has given my family and me a place in their hearts besides recognition and respect. My family and I have never, and at no point of time would ever, like to disregard the conveniences of my fellow Mumbaikars and the development being undertaken for a better future for the city and them.

My blog represents my heart and on the matter of the Metro it clearly says the ‘general happiness’ that it brings to ‘commuters’ and that ‘the misery of crowded locals and the uncertainties of the three wheeler or the yellow black cab shall hopefully be greatly reduced’.

Indeed I have ended the piece by saying welcome ‘fellow passengers’. By fellow passenger I include myself as one. My request to everyone who visits my blog is to read it in its entirety rather than pick up words and fabricate stories which create an unnecessary sensation. I am proud to be a Mumbaikar and I welcome the changes which we are being seen in the city.”

Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie is a do-gooder who has shown her humanitarianism through many efforts, including her involvement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees as a Goodwill Ambassador.

Now the actress is showing her compassion for the victims of the floods in Pakistan and asks people to donate to the important cause.

We have already showed you twitpics of Kareena Kapoor, Shahrukh Khan and Karan Johar from the set of their upcoming movie Ra.One, and now a new pic of Bebo has surfaced!

In Ra.One, Shahrukh plays G.One, Arjun Rampal portrays Ra.One and Kareena is of course the female lead! Other actors include Satish Shah, Shahana Goswami, Dilip tahil, Tom Wu and Ben Hawkey as Billy. SRK has mentioned that his character is a ‘jeevu’ so who knows? Maybe he will take on more than one role? Hollywood action favorite Jackie Chan was approached for a role in the movie but he ended up turning down the offer and Tom Wu got the part.

The movie was initially set to start filming in Miami but due to budget problems the shooting took place in India instead. This summer the cast and crew took off to London where they spent a few weeks filming what looked like impressive stunt scenes.

Composer duo Vishal-Shekhar have created the flick’s music and hip-hop superstar Akon will be featured on the soundtrack. The “Sexy Chick” singer came to Mumbai earlier this year to record some tracks and participate in a press conference with Shahrukh and Kareena.

SRK has previously shared information about the action hero flick and told reporters at a press meeting: “Ra.One is a superhero film. There is a good guy, there is a bad guy, there is a beautiful girl, there is a wonderful singer and a fantastic director.”

He later added on Twitter: “G.One is made of solid electricity…he has come in the real world from a virtual one to fight against RA.one the evil force. He is the Good one….that’s why for short…his name is G.One…which also stands for Life in Hindi.”

Sounds like a blockbuster to us! Are you looking forward to seeing Ra.One when it hits theaters on June 3, 2011?

It looks like these two can’t make up their mind! Or maybe it’s just Salman Khan who is having fun confusing everyone? After confirming his breakup with Katrina Kaif, and making her cry at a press conference, the Bollywood bad boy went back on his previous statements the other day and told reporters that he is still dating Kat!

We guess only time will tell what these two former love birds are up to! According to The Times of India, Salman told reporters during a recent interview that he broke up with Katrina, but that they are still friends. “I have broken up with Katrina. We were friends then for everybody, we are friends now. A relationship breaks if it gets stretched in different directions, or one person does not grow, or the other person takes a different path, or there is some misunderstanding or they have grown out of love,” Sallu said.

When Katrina was asked about Salman’s comments at a press conference for Etihad Airways she said: “If Salman Khan has said he’s single, I’ve also said I’m single. I am single. But beyond that I don’t think I need to give too much of details. If Salman says we’ve split, it must be true.” She walked out of the room shortly after and the buzz is the actress was in tears.

But now Sallu is turning things around – again! At a recent press conference promoting his latest movie Dabangg the actor told reporters: “By the way, Katrina and I are still together … just for your information.” So are they or aren’t they dating? We guess only time will tell. And it doesn’t help that Sallu is tweeting puzzling statements about the relationship, like this one: “My sister text that I should nt talk abt kat on the promotion of dabangg n hv a special press con fr me n kat hahaha she is too phunny.”

Deepika Padukone put on a very modest Dolce&Gabbana dress for her September cover of Harper’s Bazaar and she looks… like a strict school teacher!

The D&G Fall 2010 outfit could look so much better and models have been seen rocking a bow-tie and boots with the dress on the catwalk so we wonder what Dips was thinking when she decided to take it off for her Bazaar shoot?

Parichay is keeping fans waiting for the release of his second album. After releasing a series of snippets, Parichay is now taking a camera into the studio as he works on his song “Jogiya.”

From what we hear, “Jogiya” has a Middle Eastern vibe and Richilous adds urban western sounds. The two artists seem to be tight as they share a few laughs while making this video. Parichay sits at his keyboard and showcases some raw talent as he plays some of hip-hop’s hottest songs.

The single should drop soon along with a video. Check out this behind the scenes footage of Parichay working on his single “Jogiya” and let us know if you are looking forward to this release.

Fans who are getting excited about Shahrukh Khan’s and Kareena Kapoor’s new movie Ra.One will have to wait a little longer until they can actually catch it at the movies as the action hero flick won’t hit theaters until next summer!

Shahrukh has made sure that fans stay updated by sharing pics and information on Twitter. The king of Bollywood has asked followers on Twitter to help him with a tagline for a poster of his upcoming movie. But first explains what the movie is about:

So now fans have an idea of what the action flick is about and can help SRK find a good tagline! “Please help me and give me a kick ass line for G.One the good guy…it should be a tag line for the first poster I release,” SRK tweeted.

We love it when our favorite Bollywood move stars play dress up in movies and SRK fans are about to get a real treat as the famous actor is set to sport one of Bollywood’s most expensive body suits in history in Anubhav Sinha’s Ra.One.

The suit, which was custom made for King Khan in Los Angeles, cost a whopping $220,000, but as they say in the TV commercials, he’s worth it! But the body suit’s price tag wasn’t the only big deal! In order to make the latex-like outfit, the star had to receive a warm liquid on his body that became hard as it dried and then had to be taken off of Shahrukh’s almost naked body!

And for fans who can’t wait to see it, the release date has now been set by producers for June 3, 2011. Feels like a long time but sometimes perfection requires a lot of time! SRK, who doesn’t seem to know the release date himself, told fans on Twitter: “nice to know that the release date for ra.one has been fixed by someone…somewhere. maybe they can now come and finish it as well..ha ha.”

Although animation films haven’t really made a mark in India, the fortunes could change for better with UTV, Karan Johar and now Ketan Mehta in the fray. Ketan Mehta, who has worked with some of the biggest names in the business like Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan, is back after a sabbatical. And this time it’s with an animation film called RAMAYANA – THE EPIC, which has been directed by Chetan Desai.

This writer had an exclusive dekko at the first promo of RAMAYANA – THE EPIC and I wish to add that one is mesmerized by the stylized and contemporary manner in which the makers have narrated the story. Slated for release on Dashehra [15th October], the film will be released in six versions simultaneously across India – Hindi, Tamil Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati and Bengali. Hollywood giant Warner Bros. is distributing the film in India.

The first promo will be launched tonite [Thursday] amidst industry bigwigs at an event in Mumbai.
